Actually right now I don’t play any team sports.. I used to play hockey, but I tend to do more casual sports now to stay fit and get outdoors. I run, cycle and swim.
..also used to play rugby at school. Broke my collarbone once, reaching out over the try line and the heaviest guy in my year landed right on top of my shoulder. Crack! 😮
As many as possible! In school I enjoyed football, rugby and basketball. Outside of school I learn’t to play ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, baseball and American football. Last summer I played beach volleyball for a season. Now I play football and squash.
Well I love to exercise my thumbs playing video-games. But that wont get you fit will it! Since I am not naturally into sports, I mix different sports so I dont get bored too quickly. Mainly I attend instructed gym class (6 other stronger members is a great motivation) 3 days a week. On days when I have been lazy I try to make up by going bouldering. The occasional run also helps. Main thing is, I try to do some exercise about 3 times a week.
I play rugby a bit – I used to play for my uni team until I had a bad injury. I horse ride – I do show jumping and dressage. I ran the Leeds half marathon last month, but I’m not very good at running, I like the challenge instead.
I also love the outdoors and do lots and lots of rock climbing and kayaking. Basically I like to try everything and do a bit of all sorts!
