Gamma rays are (highest)energy form of electromagnetic radiation. To create them e.g., in a beam you want to have access to a nuclear reactor to create radiactive chemical. In theory you could fill a torch-battery with that chemical, but then you’re looking at harmful radiation in your hand. Lets say you shielded it and wore a suit to protect yourself, then you would have a source of gamma ray in your hand.
So yes its possible, but you need to arrange a source of radioactivity, protection for yourself and environment, and of course a licence! What will it be useful for? That’s open to discussion.

Hmm I get it – abit like a Gaussian rifle except that it throws out high energy radiation at the target. Definitely a unique theory! You do have lots of imagination! Highly recommend research as a career to you Herp Derp. Keep the curiosity up.
