• Question: Wouldn't using a WiFi connection for the app mean it could be traced? Sorry if you got this again, I sent it in the chat but the chat ended.

      TInyTerror! Nice to hear from you again! I did notice the question and started typing but then the chat went offline 🙁

      This is an interesting question. First of all, the point of the secret communications isn’t necessarily to be untracable, just to have people unable to figure out what you are saying, so we aren’t too worried about that at the moment. But also there are ways to connect to the internet, including via wifi, so that you can’t be traced as such.

      The app that I’m making is more to demonstrate the mechanism that keeps other people from being able to hack your messages, it’s not about making people invisible. Maybe that will be the next task!
